If a cancellation is made 31 days or more prior to arrival – no cancellation fees will apply. Any bank or credit card refund administration fees will be charged to the guest. If a booking is cancelled due to disinclination to travel 30 – 15 days prior to travel, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. If a booking is cancelled due to disinclination to travel 14 days or less prior to travel, full cancellation fees will apply.
