Each has its own veranda and plunge pool, and the whole camp is shaded by a rare grove of ilala palms.

At the heart of the camp is a tea tent and a genuine natural-history museum — cabinets of fossils, artefacts and specimens that speak to the Bousfield family's decades of exploration.
