The Ngorongoro conservation area is a national key point area in Tanzania, situated in the northern part of Arusha. The conservation name was given by the Maasai pastoralists referring to the sound of a cowbell known as Ngorongoro. Also known Ngorongoro crater, is today Unesco world heritage site. The crater is a transit passage for a huge number of wildebeests and zebras during the annual migration.
