Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or amendments of bookings must be received by Kabura Travel & Tours in writing via email to info@kaburatravel.co.za. In the event of cancellation or amendment of a booking, the following policy will apply: 1. From point of confirmation to 61 days before arrival – deposit is 100% refunded 2. From 60 days to 31 days before arrival – 50% cancellation 3. From 30 days until arrival date – 100% cancellation Insurance and other: By booking this safari tour you as a client accept the responsibility to ensure and warrant that you and each member of your group are adequately insured (also considering the inherent risk involved in going on safari and traveling in wildlife areas) for amongst others, cancellation, medical assistance, evacuation, damages and repatriation. You and each member of your group are hereby informed that you are obliged to and guarantee that you will, sign a customary indemnity form including medical insurance details upon arrival.
