Set in beautiful and tranquil surroundings, the Mount Meru Game Lodge is located between Usa River and the wildlife sanctuary. Conveniently located only 25 minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport the lodge is an ideal starting point for your journey. Arusha is the gateway to numerous world famous national parks and mountains, including the Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, as well as Zanzibar Island.

Accommodation

The lodge has a total of 18 guest rooms, made up of 12 doubles, 2 singles, 1 inter-leading family room, 1 large single unit family room and 2 triple rooms. The doubles are 7ft x 6ft and the singles are 7ft x 4ft.

Dining

The lounge provides for relaxation. The bar is well stocked with a wide variety of spirits, beers and minerals as well as wine. An outdoor dining area overlooks the garden and wildlife in the sanctuary. Evenings are for campfire, allowing you to dine under the African stars with the ambience of exotic sounds. An a-la-carte menu is available in the restaurant.
