Good to know

Questions, answered

I don't see a role that fits — can I still apply?

Absolutely. We are growing and always keen to hear from exceptional people. Choose “General / future opportunity” in the form and tell us where you would add value — we keep standout applications on file.

Do I need safari or travel-industry experience?

For most roles it helps, but attitude and aptitude matter just as much. If you are warm, sharp and genuinely care about people, tell us your story — we train the rest.

Are roles based in Cape Town?

Our home is Cape Town, South Africa. Several roles are hybrid-friendly, and we will always be clear about what each position needs. Guiding roles are on the road in and around the Cape.

What happens after I apply?

You will receive an email confirming we have your application. Our team reviews every one personally and aims to reply to shortlisted candidates within two weeks.
