Okavango Delta, Chobe and Victoria Falls in One Powerful Journey
This eight-day fly-in safari threads together three of Southern Africa's greatest natural landmarks without ever crossing into South Africa. You begin in the heart of the Okavango Delta — the world's largest inland delta — gliding through papyrus-lined channels by mokoro, tracking lion and leopard on morning drives, and listening to the calls of African fish eagles at dusk. From there you fly to Chobe, home to the continent's densest elephant population, for river-cruise game viewing and open-vehicle drives along the floodplain. The journey closes with two nights at Victoria Falls, where the Zambezi plunges 108 metres into the Batoka Gorge. Sunset cruises on the upper Zambezi and a guided walk along the falls' spray-drenched rainforest round out a trip that covers water, big game and one of the Seven Natural Wonders in just over a week.
Every transfer between camps is by light aircraft, so travel days double as scenic flights over the delta's meandering waterways and the Chobe floodplain. This keeps road time near zero and puts you in front of wildlife within an hour of landing.
Designed for travellers who want the full Botswana-and-Falls experience without bolting on a South African leg. It suits couples looking for a focused, lodge-based trip, families with children 12 and older (most delta camps accept from age 12), small groups, and repeat safari-goers who have already done Kruger or the Mara and want something different. The fly-in format also works well for those with limited mobility — no long overland drives.

Fly-in transfers between the delta and Chobe keep road time under two hours for the entire trip. A short border crossing brings you to the falls.
The Okavango Delta and Chobe hold the highest densities of large mammals in Southern Africa — elephant, lion, leopard, wild dog, buffalo and hundreds of bird species.
Mokoro in the delta, river cruises in Chobe, sunset boat on the Zambezi — this trip delivers a water perspective at every stage.
